How do you deal with stingy people?
My stingy case: A person who counts his or her physical contributions in a team's effort. In almost everything we do (in a team), a person tries to avoid physical work by not contributing, pretending not to understand, not to look, turn to look the other way, pretending to be busy reading something, etc.
I feel sorry for this type of behaviour (attitude), don't you agree with me? I am thinking of a good way to 'knock some sense' into one's head that being helpful to others is a good attribute, it is self-rewarding, self-fulfilling, it makes you happy and so on.
